100 Happy Days #27


I mean…YOGA!! I’ll admit, I’ve never tried it, never really given it a chance. And so here I am thinking that maybe…just maybe a slower, more relaxed approach might just help me get moving a bit. Hopefully my knee will cooperate and I’ll be the neighborhood yogi in a matter of weeks. Heh, heh.

Hey, wait…


what does that say? “…for INFLEXIBLE people.” What kind of lame-o negative affirmation is that?! Ok, my clever transposing brain will auto correct that title this very minute. From now on, it will read–to my brain at least, “Essential Yoga For Greater Flexibility.” Much, much better.

Good grief.

Somebody needs an editor.

  1. It ought to say “For ALL body types and levels of experience”

    That’s what I LOVE about yoga! Weather I am ready to kill myself for new muscle tone or weather I am pregnant or sick or injured or .. looking for greater flexibility (lol) I can do yoga at all stages of life! What other workout can satisfy the weak to the strong? Other than maybe Tai Chi? Both are awesome!

    You’ve inspired me to get off my lazy butt and get my yoga mat out. I need this.

  2. I LOVE yoga! It’s gentle on your body while still being a fantastic workout. It’s all about improving yourself gradually instead of keeping up with or beating out others. You’re going to love it! <3
