There’s a magic feeling about…
pretty colored string.
a pile of it…
a spool of it…
or a carton of it.
Doesn’t really matter because it’s always the same with ambitious stuff like string.
It wants to do more than sit on the shelf or on the spool or in the box.
It wants to BE something…
or a lot of somethings.
Either way—I like to believe it’s the wish of all miller’s straw…
to be spun into gold.
Those orange hats turned out BEAUTIFUL! I have loads of yarn just sitting there waiting to be used. I will donate some for our next Enrichment night but think I might send some up to you. 😉

Well, I’m about ready to make a million for the Etsy shop now that that big order is finished. The one you like is called “Steel Grey.” It’s kind of blue tinted. I’m with you—it’s a beautiful color.
