I searched and searched for the perfect crochet star pattern…
that I could make into a beautiful 4th of July garland.
Seriously, I tried four different patterns but they just didn’t do it for me.
Then I found this one and it was positively perfect!!
The pace was great too because I just made a couple of stars each day and poof!
I had just the right amount.
Next, I sewed a long chain and grabbed up a star between, every twenty five chains.
Sad to say, that I was so excited to give it to my star-loving Lyndi, that I didn’t take any pictures of the finished product.
But I can tell you–it was patriotic and colorful and realllllly cute.
I loved it.
She loved it.
It made us both very happy.
And that was the point.
