Chili Freeto Pie

I first tasted something pretty close to this over at Sonic a million years ago. It was good–but I kept thinking, “How hard could this possibly be to make at home. Well, here’s your answer…

Not very darn. It was simple and quick—and you KNOW how I feel about recipes like that. Ummmm—good!

  1. We used to get Frito Pie in the cafeteria in school when I was growing up in East Texas (“several” years ago). It was my favorite! Thanks for the flashback.

  2. So a couple Fridays ago I made this for a midnight “snack” after we got home from a concert. It was perfect! Hit the spot to have something hot and crunchy after sitting out in the rain for a couple of hours.
