we made it back to our favorite canyon…
for that very same thing that we do, every year– you know…
soak in the beauty of this incredible world we live in.
Oh, there are a few new–very welcome faces this time…
but other than that, we try our best to keep things…
sweetly…
beautifully…
playfully…
deliciously—
the same.
Because no matter where these “baby birds” of mine have been…
or where they’ll go someday—
right now…
it feels perfect–
just like this.

I miss Provo canyon in the fall. I just plain miss fall. Here in SoCal we only get summer and winter. Remember? I’ll have to enjoy fall vicariously through your blog. And enjoying the fall colors in the canyon with family makes it 100 times better. I’m jealous!
