“It’s a Wonderful Life”
This week marked the posting of the 100th…ahhh…post. Now that is either really cool, and means that I am very ambitious and dedicated, or it means that my family is right…I just talk a lot. I fear the latter will always be the case. sigh…
So in celebration of whichever thing is the case—I have decided that in keeping with the theme of this blog, “…making the most of what you’ve got,” I’d like to come up with a huge list called, “100 Things To Be Happy About.”
I’ll post what I’ve got on New Year’s Day and then, by way of your comments we will just build the list. Everyone has things that make them happy–and I’d love to hear what that is for you. With your help, I think we could easily get to 10 times 100 and that will only help us be happier, and more grateful…which will make us happier…and…oh, you get what I’m saying.
It will be great!
We have a new giveaway that I think you’ll love…
We are giving away three of our covered clipboards along with 6 matching pebble magnets. These used to be plain, old, boring. brown wood–but with a little imagination and some scrapbook paper, well–just look at how pretty they turned out. In fact, you could clip an 8 x 10 photograph onto these boards and you would have a darling picture hanger. Use these cute things however you want to–even like a …clipboard–the possibilities are endless.
Reply to this post to be entered in the giveaway. We’ll announce the winner on Saturday January 3rd.
Oh, and if you don’t win, stay tuned. We’ll show you how to make some of these pretty clipboards yourself, real soon.
Good luck!
Jillian’s gift to each of us this year was a hand made muppet-type puppet. She made us our favorite animal. Note that she made them out of shirts and sweats…
I’m telling you–the girl has a future with Gonzo’s people!
Nate-dog…with…ahhh…dog.
April’s Polar Bear
My Beany
Jacob’s Koala
Lyndi’s Dinosaur–I think it looks like Nessie
Rhen’s Viking–weren’t they animals?
Thank you Jillian–for such incredible gifts from your heart…
We love you.
