No kidding. Today is honest to goodness “National Aunt’s and Uncle’s Day.” We love all the sweet aunts and uncles at our place.
What would Lily ever do without Uncle Dane to watch hot air balloons with?
And how would Baby Chomp ever play such a great game of Peek a Boo…
without Uncle “Bald Kid”…
or stay as safe and warm as in Aunt April’s arms?
Aunt Lyndi’s lap is a perfect place to watch a parade from…if you’re baby Beckham.
And positively everyone wants to be on Aunt Jillian’s lap–all at the same time.
We are so blessed to have the loving family all around us as our babies get bigger every day. What beautiful lights they are for these little ones to follow…
indeed.

So cute! I don’t really have a favorite Aunt or Uncle because they are all older than me and I don’t know them. But the Aunt I know the best is my Aunt Kathi!
YAHOO for Aunt and Uncles!!! They are the best! 🙂 The Aunt and Uncle that I know and love the most are my Aunt Laurie and my Uncle Andy! It’s fun to hear stories from my Mom’s childhood and then try and imagine Aunt Laurie and Uncle Andy being there along with her. 🙂 I just LOVE family!
My nieces and nephews always all want to sit on my lap at the same time… especially when I am trying to read a book to them. It get’s hard to see the pages after I have 3 or 4 little heads in front of the book! Oh I love those kids!
We always lived far away from my dad’s family and my mom was an only child. You’re lucky if you remember any of them. Different for our kids though.

We ARE luck to have them in our world! 🙂 I remember being in school and my friends saying they didn’t know their cousins, or only saw them once a year. One girl even got mad at me at recess and said “Well why don’t you go play with one of your MILLIONS of cousins!” 😛 Ha ha ha! I feel blessed to have so many great family members around and close enough to love and care about! 🙂
