…of these.
A whole busload, if you please. You see, I’m having a craving for raspberry jam–the real stuff, not the—ahem—store bought kind.…if you get my drift.
So, I’m on a raspberry quest today–and I shan’t be thwarted.
I’ll let you know how it goes. Oh, and if you happen to see a crazy woman flying past as a red blur in the valley today—don’t be afraid…it’s just me.
I suggest you scoot out of the way.
:} Heh, heh…
Oh, I really wish we could find some of these that did not cost a fortune!! Love it!
I wish I could share with you – I put up raspberry and blackberry freezer jam this year. I used the “Low or no sugar” Ball pectin from Walmart, and sweetened it to taste with just a little sugar. It’s so good – had some for breakfast with homemade whole wheat bread. The freezer jam tastes so fresh. But I’m afraid the distance between GA and UT is just too far 🙂
Sounds fun! When you’re done, would you post a recipe? I’d love to make some one day. Raspberry jam is so pretty!
I LOVE raspberries too! I’m hoping we are able to add them to our garden next spring – but it takes a couple of yrs to get them producing so until then I’ll be craving too. I have a raspberry pie recipe that is my favorite. I use clear jel to make all my jams and because you use so little sugar it’s just like having fresh fruit on your toast or sandwich – okay I need to stop because now I’m wanting to join you in your quest 🙂
yUUUm!!! Those look pretty yummy!!! Makes me want to have crepes or fruit pizza, actually! Raspberry Jam will be fantastic too though! 🙂 I hope you come home with some everything you’re looking for! 😉
Thank you for the comment! Good luck finding a bus-load of raspberries, and I’m sure your jam will turn out excellently!
Me too…still looking. 😕
Oh, you tease you! ;} Now I’m craving worse than ever! I’ll keep searching on Monday–I’m about ready to walk to Georgia though. haha. :}
