This cute guy right here just finished his very last class for his Master’s Degree in Product Innovation–with a 4.0. Duuude. I’ve never had a 4.0 in my life, nevermind while in a Master’s program. SO much hard work!
Oh, my goodness are we ever proud of him!! Doing all that while being an incredible husband and father AND creating his own music channel on YouTube!

Provo Temple Progress
On the way back from Provo with April and Jacob I tried valiantly to snatch a couple of pictures of the Provo Rock Canyon Temple construction site. You need to be impressed with these photos because I totally took them over my own head and behind my back as we drove past. Quite a feat, I’ll tell you.
I remember back when I was about 10 years old, living in Los Angeles and my mom read in the Church News that they had just finished building the Provo temple, in Utah. She was really happy because now when we came to visit my grandma and grandpa in the summertime we could go see the temple any time we wanted. Before, the closest temple was in Salt Lake City–about 50 miles away.
Well, that was 57 years ago and it was apparently about time to renovate the old, outdated temple and make it new and beautiful. I wish that would work with people. Haha. It surprised me that it was grey and rather dull, but April said that it would be white and gorgeous when they were finished.
We’ll probably be able to see it from the freeway, all shiny and lit up at night. It’s going to be positively majestic.
I can easily see why we call it the House of the Lord.
