Perhaps your kids are all Pokemon crazy these days–like mine and my grandkids are.
When I asked the three that have January birthdays, what they would like Grammy to make them…I wasn’t a bit surprised.
Miss Chomp asked for a Snorlax. That’s him above.

I did the best I could.
It was a pretty fun adventure and in the end…
I’d say, “Why yes, Miss Chomp..I believe I can.
Everybody needs there hair combed–don’t you think? Sweet baby Hazie is happy to help.
With the first hefty bit of snowfall that we’ve had–
the girls had to think about it for a minute before venturing out.
But it didn’t take long before they realized that it was pretty-much just plain old ground…
and a bit sticky in spots.
It helped to put their food bowl out there with a few apple cores–so they’d have a common goal…so to speak.
Soon enough, they were old pros at this snow business and took off in every direction.
Most likely won’t find any worms today Miss Ruby.
She doesn’t seem to mind.
When I checked out at the grocery store the cashier said, “Oooooh, what are you going to do with the sugar pumpkin?”
I said, “Huh?”
She said, “Are you going to make a pie?”
I said, “Ahhhh, no. I’m buying it for some friends.”
She said, “Really?”
I said, “Yep. We’re having a big party.”
She said, “Well one won’t be enough.”
I said, “You’re probably right.”
Giggled all the way home.
